Wendy Kirby

Administration Assistant


Wendy has a B-Ed Degree in Primary Teaching and worked for many years in this role before becoming a School Manager.  Wendy brings a diverse range of skills and experience to the role, including general administration, finance, HR and health & safety as well as event organisation.  

Wendy joined HWO in January 2021 (in a part -time capacity whilst also holding down another administrative role locally). She has been keen to support and help the smooth and efficient running of the organisations operational administration, applying her skills directly in support of the management team and front-line staff alike.    

Wendy says ‘In order for our service users to have the best possible experience at Headway Oxfordshire, it is important that the background cogs of the charity run smoothly. My aim is to help support this and to work closely with the staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.’
