Get involved this Monday!

We’ve missed out on fun events, seeing friends and family and we’re spending more time at home than many of us would like.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the postponement and cancellation of all of our upcoming fundraising events. This will have a huge impact on our services that aim to continue to support those affected by brain injury.

We need you more than ever.

On Monday 1st June, Jogging for June is launching. We’re challenging you to take part.

With our fundraising events being postponed and cancelled, we need your support more now than ever. #JoggingforJune is a simple and fun way to do your bit from home or as part of your daily outdoor exercise.

Jogging for June can be as flexible as you like – you can jog for as short as you like or as long as you like. You can do it in your garden if you have one or outside for your exercise.

The challenge will last throughout the month of June and is open to anyone of any age – the only requirement is that the activity must follow the government guidelines on exercise and social distancing, so remember to stay safe.

All you have to do is join the “Jogging for June” club on Strava (if you haven’t got Strava, you can download the app). Every time you jog throughout June, simply record your jog on Strava. As you have joined the “Jogging for June” club, your miles will automatically go onto our leaderboard.

The leaderboard will be announced at the end of the month. GOOD LUCK!

JOIN “Jogging for June” CLUB

You don’t need to worry about calculating all of your miles throughout the month, our Strava page can do that for you. All you have to do is download the app, make an account and search club ‘Jogging for June’.

Strava enables you to track how many miles you are doing, as well as see where you are on the leaderboard.
